Our Place
We currently have a Welcome Center with a full wrap around porch where we have benches, swings and rocking chairs to sit and share life with your neighbors.
Within the walls of the Welcome Center you will find A beautiful Kitchen where so many memories will be made during cooking & baking classes or just simply gathering together to enjoy a warm cup of tea and a slice of Grandma’s homemade banana bread. As you make your way from the Kitchen to the Great Room you will find a large comfy sectional, tables and chairs, a wood burning stone fireplace and benches to snuggle up with your loved ones and enjoy those much needed conversations or dive into your weekly bible studies within your small groups. Take a stroll to the 3 classrooms to share a good book in the Reading Room, create a masterful piece of art in the Creation Room or sing, strum a guitar & learn to write songs in the Music Room (coming soon). If that isn’t enticing enough take a walk out the double doors that enter the most breathtaking relaxing views of the 11 Horse stalls & beautifully manicured Courtyard to take in a picnic, converse with a friend, or meet up with your study groups.
A little blue school house sits on our property to provide space for the Heartwood Life Skills Academy. This school consists of Kinder-High School (with exceptions) and teachers that will guide the students through a one-room schoolhouse curriculum encouraging the youth to becoming critical, creative thinkers and blossoming little entrepreneurs. Click Here to apply or email them for more information at HeartWoodLeadership@gmail.com.
Just when you think there couldn’t possibly be anything else on this gorgeous 23 acre property think again! We have a full acre roping arena to be used for fundraising events, horseback riding, therapy and training.
The Inspired Story Behind BTHCC
Branch To Hope is a Christ-focused community center. It’s the heart and hub of Parker County.
We have a passion to encourage families and pour much needed hope into our community and future generations!
We lost one of our own back In April, 2020. Just 4 days shy of his 13th birthday, Hayden Hunstable died by suicide.
He is missed daily as his smile and joy filled a room! His death not only impacted his family but the community as a whole.
Despite the pandemic shut in-orders the entire community came out to support the Hunstable family and celebrate Hayden’s heavenly birthday! It was a beautiful site to see hundreds of community members hugging each other and releasing balloons in his honor!
Our community showed up and shared so much love for each other. It ignited a flame of passion to bring the community together after a fearful state of isolation and all the “unknowns.” No matter what, we need each other. Relationships are important, no distractions…face to face CONVERSATIONS MATTER.
The Lord used the Hunstable family tragedy to open our eyes for the need to minister to the hurting hearts in our community. We discovered that through conversations many people were struggling with depression, suicide thoughts, their purpose and true identity in Christ.
Branch To Hope is unique as we believe our center has been chosen to be a place to get away from our busy schedules, relax, unwind and experience the beauty of caring attitudes and God’s nature.
The best part of being involved at Branch To Hope is experiencing the blessings that flow from fully surrendering to God, saying YES, showing up and serving others. It’s amazing to watch our community thrive as we all pour into each-other!
We look forward to having you out at the BRANCH. Come one, come all and come see!
